  • It is 1403, and the prosperous Kingdom of Bohemia stands in the midst of a political crisis. Kings and nobles wage their wars of power and intrigue, while ordinary people seem powerless in the grand scheme of things. But change is in the wind.

You begin as a peasant, a nobody, with little coin, no reputation, and barely any skill. As your journey unfolds, you will choose your own path: learn and refine your skills, aid villagers and lords alike, and even shape the course of historical events. Make fighting your main form of communication, master the art of alchemy to cure every ailment, or rely on wit and charm to bend others to your will.

Possibilities are plentiful, and every choice rests in your hands. What story will you tell?

Based on the award-winning Kingdom Come: Deliverance video game by Warhorse Studios.

Clothed in homespun garb, with naught but a simple dagger to hand, you have lived your whole life as a commoner, in the village where you were born. But must things remain that way? Embark on an adventure filled with peril, but also opportunity. Deal with unpredictable locals, train to become a skilled archer, a silver-tongued orator, or even a cunning thief. Whatever path you choose, let it be your own.
Desková hra Kingdom Come: Deliverance – The Board Game EN
Kingdom Come: Deliverance – The Board Game is an epic adventure game mixed with euro elements, set in 15th-century Medieval Bohemia. Over the course of several in-game days and nights, players will try to leave their mark, whether by helping the local nobility, making important connections, fighting enemies, or stealing everything from tiny items to horses.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance – The Board Game EN
While the game is competitive, it doesn’t pit players against one another, but instead allows them to succeed through their own achievements. It uses a deck-building system and emphasizes player freedom, creating narratives through its mechanics. The starting setup may provide some direction, but the game’s open-world nature encourages players to pursue their own goals and shape their stories as they wish.

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance – The Board Game, iconic designers Tomáš Holek and Vlaada Chvátil join forces for the first time to bring Warhorse Studios' award-winning Kingdom Come: Deliverance video game to the tabletop in an epic official adaptation.

    Hero Progression
Develop your character through the decisions you make along the way. Exchange experience for skill cards, allowing you to specialize and prepare for card tests needed to perform main actions. Tests will determine whether you succeed in stealing, fighting, befriending others, hunting, training your skills, or even picking herbs. Acquiring and playing suitable skill cards for their main effects will get you off to a good start.

Equipment matters as well. Weapons, armor, clothing, or various other items can significantly help you. Hunting deer without a bow is rarely a good idea, and making a strong impression is much easier when you’re not wearing dirty rags.

    City Storylines & Side Quests
Before you even set out, you’ll choose three major storylines—one for each city on the map. During the game, you can take part in developing these storylines, influencing how they progress and ultimately conclude. Each city offers three different storylines that can be mixed and matched, creating a wide variety of possible combinations across multiple playthroughs.

Will you help with the wedding preparations, investigate the brutal attack in Neuhof, or race against time before a life-threatening disease wipes out the whole village? The choice is yours, and so are the consequences.

It’s not only about the big events but also about the local people. Embark on side quests to help villagers with their problems, and gain experience and resources you’ll surely find useful.

An Open World of Opportunities and Challenges
There will be times you might need to visit the armorer, sell freshly gathered herbs, or wash your dirty shoes. City merchants aren't just waiting out in the open; you'll have to venture inside the walls. Watch your step, though! Encounters with guards, drunkards, and locals might cause you some hassle, but they can also surprise you with interesting opportunities.

Need a rest? Have your food supplies gone bad? Visit inns to spend the night, fill your hungry stomach, and eavesdrop on the latest local gossip and rumors. There might be some quests waiting for you. And if you got dirty doing who knows what, find the nearest bathhouse to get cleaned up. You could also consider a church visit, if you’re feeling guilty…

      We want french translation plzzz

    • Mcfly1976

Will there be a german Version?

    • Rusty

This looks like there will be additional money grabs - called expansions - after a very expensive main game, sad!

    • Panzer

      Auf Deutsch bitte

    • franky

      Bitte auch in deutsch rausbringen

    • seven

      Please translate in Italian

    • Taker597

So, a competitive non-player vs player interaction that just ends after 5 rounds. Which effectively makes it a 5 VP race. Also, you got full-on storylines and side quest. Which don't look that interesting.

Who is this for? It feels like there was a competitive or semi-competitive element and it got stripped out for an arbitrary VP race. Why? You could of hand winning become a Knight, Lord, or whatever... You draw the conditions to become a Knight/Lord/ Etc. It would feel more thematically logical.

Feels like an incomplete product made to be fixed by a future expansion. $200... sorry, I love KCD, but this IP is nowhere close to the Witcher levels to justify this price.

    • Wout

Looks cool, wish it was at a more appropriate pricepoint.

    • Daljan

For 150 every piece better be made of stainless steel and every card laminated lol

    • NormalPerson

This is ungodly expensive. How can you rationalize that the board game is worth almost 3x the price of KCD II? With this price, it must have taken far more people putting in far more work to get this board game ready for market.

I would've absolutely purchased this at $60 - $80 with the coins included. I can't imagine many people are going to actually bite at this wild price point. Looks pretty cool though!

    • Slyzzor

Please release this in other languages too! German pls

    • Bonatine

      That price lol no

    • beaN

I'd like to have a german version of it.. that I might consider buying even tho the price is horrendous

    • Spacemanguy

Glad this has been picked back up after the initial board game got cancelled!

    • witchin

I love this idea so much and I'd love to buy, but it is incredibly expensive for a board game

    • peasant

tell us how much it costs to produce and then i might purchase

    • 五零五

      Chinese PLZ!

    • lol

150 for few pieces of a cardboard, coins are sold separately. What a joke.

    • Rattleshak

I am keen to see a German version, that one I will definitely grab. I hope you will make one since I and many other people in and around Germany like to play KCD1 and 2 therefore it would be a treat to get it as a German version although if that is not possible I will be paying to price for the English version, the game looks fun and KCD with friends is just great.
