Shipping Methods

If the item is in stock and you place your order by 12:00 PM, we’ll ship it the same day. Orders placed over the weekend go out on the next business day. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can easily follow its journey.

Delivery to EU countries
We offer fast and reliable delivery to all EU countries using trusted courier services. The specific courier depends on the destination to ensure the best possible service for each region.

Delivery to Norway and Switzerland
We also ship to Norway and Switzerland through reliable couriers to ensure quick and secure delivery. The choice of courier is based on the destination for optimal service.

Delivery to Rest of the World (Outside EU)
We ship worldwide using trusted international couriers. Delivery times vary by destination, but orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on distance and local customs processing.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payment Online
After placing your order, you'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway. You can pay using Visa or Mastercard, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

PayPal
If you choose PayPal, you’ll be redirected to log in and confirm your payment. The transaction is processed immediately after you place your order. Please note that PayPal may offer different payment options, which we can’t influence. Any additional methods may affect your agreement with PayPal, so check your PayPal account for details.

Returns and Complaints

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with Czech law.

Conditions for returns within 14 days:
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.
- Use standard parcel post for returns — no courier services, please.
- A complaint form is not required.

Returning goods is easy:
You can either fill out the return form online (PDF file) and email itto info@kingdomcome-store.com along with details of what you’re returning, or print it, fill it out by hand, and include it in the return package.

Please pack the undamaged item(s) in their original packaging, place everything in a shipping box, attach the carrier’s label clearly, and send it to:

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll notify you by email. If you requested a refund, you’ll receive your money back within 14 days of our customer service processing the return. If not, we’ll be happy to work with you on another solution.

How to file a complaint

All products come with a legal 24-month warranty.

We know that even the best products can occasionally go wrong — and we’re here to help. If you need to file a complaint, simply fill out our short complaint form, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We resolve complaints within the legal 30-day period, either by repairing the item or replacing it with a new one if needed.

General Terms and Conditions
Valid and legally binding from April 1, 2024

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in the contractual relationship concluded through the online shop, www.kingdomcome-store.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Shop"). The following Terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively directed to consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside of their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, at the time of concluding a legal transaction, acts in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual Partners, Conclusion of the Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Xzone, s.r.o.

The seller and operator of the online shop is Xzone, s.r.o., located at Husova 869, 440 01, Louny, Czech Republic, VAT: CZ28675703, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, Entry 26406.

The place of fulfillment for all contractual relationships is Husova 869, 440 01 Louny, Czech Republic, or Střezov 58, 438 01, Czech Republic, and for in-person purchases, the collection points listed on www.kingdomcome-store.com designated by the customer in the order.

All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an informal online catalog. You can initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided during the order process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after submitting the order.

The seller must ensure that the customer is explicitly informed of their payment obligation during the order process. If the order is confirmed by the customer via online prepayment, it must be clearly indicated with a readable button with the appropriate and clear wording.

We will accept your offer no later than within two days.

We will either issue an acceptance statement in a separate email, or the payment transaction will be processed by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The timing of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see "Payment").

The relevant alternative will depend on which of the listed events occurs first.

2.1 Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (in the case of a purchase contract involving multiple types of goods or the delivery of several parts, from the day of receipt of the last delivery. For a purchase contract involving regular repeated deliveries of goods, from the day of the first delivery of goods).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller of their withdrawal from this contract by email to: info@kingdomcome-store.com

The consumer can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not obligatory. Further details are described on the "COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS" page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the withdrawal notification before the deadline expires. If the consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, the money will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day the seller was informed of the withdrawal from the purchase contract, and after the returned goods have been received by the seller (or when the consumer proves that they have returned the goods).

The consumer must return the goods to the seller’s address, and the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The seller will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from the chosen shipping method that differs from the seller’s offered cheapest standard delivery method).

For the refund, the seller will, where possible, use the same payment method the consumer used for the original transaction unless the consumer has expressly stated otherwise. This will not incur additional costs for the consumer.

The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract:

  • Regarding the provision of services that the seller has provided with the consumer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expires,

  • For the delivery of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the seller’s control and that may occur during the withdrawal period,

  • For the delivery of goods that have been customized according to the consumer’s wishes, e.g., printing of photographs and paintings upon request, framing, etc.,

  • For the delivery of sealed goods that the consumer has unsealed and that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,

  • For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer programs if the consumer has damaged the original packaging,

  • For the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines,

  • For the delivery of digital content if it was not delivered on a tangible medium and was delivered with the consumer’s prior express consent before the withdrawal period expires and the entrepreneur has informed the consumer before the contract was concluded that in this case they do not have a right of withdrawal.

A withdrawal from the contract without giving reasons is not possible if the goods have already been partially consumed. A withdrawal from the contract is also not possible for goods whose nature contradicts this, especially for hygienic reasons. If the returned goods are incomplete, damaged, or visibly used, the seller may claim compensation for damages.

2.2 Withdrawal from the Contract by Non-Consumer Customers

A customer who is not a consumer (entrepreneur) cannot withdraw from the contract.

2.3 Pre-Orders

For goods marked as "Pre-order," the delivery date and price are only estimates, as the seller does not have this information. For such goods, the seller does not know how many units they will receive. The seller reserves the right to change the delivery date and price of pre-ordered goods and also reserves the right not to deliver these goods to the buyer if they receive fewer units than they must fulfill all pre-orders. If the buyer has already paid in advance and the seller is unable to deliver the goods, the seller will refund the amount paid for the goods to the buyer promptly. In these cases, the buyer will be properly informed by the seller via email or phone. In case of disagreement with the price change for the pre-order or the delivery date, the buyer has the option to withdraw from the purchase contract.

3. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that they have read the full text of these terms and conditions, that they have understood all the provisions, and that they fully agree with them.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the product prices listed, shipping costs will apply. Details regarding the amount of shipping costs can be found on the "SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS" page.

We offer delivery by transport service, to delivery points, and electronically (for the delivery of e-content).

5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available: credit cards, bank transfer and PayPal. Details of these methods are explained in article "SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS"

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment and acceptance by the customer; however, the risk of damage to the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please immediately report such issues to the carrier and contact us promptly. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty rights apply.

For used goods: if the defect occurs more than one year after delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

The above restrictions and shortened periods do not apply to claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or our agents:

  • in the case of injury to life, body, or health,

  • in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, as well as fraud,

  • in the case of violation of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which the other party can regularly rely (cardinal obligations),

  • under a warranty promise, if agreed, or to the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable.

Furthermore, the seller guarantees the customer that the goods are free from defects at the time of receipt. In particular, the seller is responsible to the customer for ensuring that at the time of acceptance of the goods by the customer:

  • the goods have the characteristics agreed upon by the parties and, in the absence of an agreement, the characteristics described by the seller or manufacturer and expected by the customer, taking into account the nature of the goods and any advertising made,

  • the goods are suitable for the intended use specified by the seller or for the use that is customary for goods of this type,

  • the goods comply in quality or execution with the contract sample or model, if quality or execution is determined according to the contract sample or model,

  • the goods are delivered in the correct quantity, measure, or weight,

  • the goods comply with legal requirements.

The color design of photographs and images on the customer's monitor may differ from the resulting colors on the delivered goods. Therefore, color deviations in hue are not considered a defect in the goods.

If a defect appears within twelve months of receipt, the goods are considered defective at the time of receipt.

The customer is not entitled to claim defective performance if the customer recognizes before receipt that the product is defective or if they caused the defect themselves.

8.1 Quality Guarantee

With the quality guarantee, the seller commits that the goods will be suitable for their usual purpose or will retain their usual properties for a certain period.

A consumer customer is entitled to make claims for defects that occur within 24 months of receipt of the goods, and for a business customer, this period is within 6 months of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise stated. However, this does not apply to:

  • goods sold at a lower price with a defect for which a lower price has been agreed,

  • wear and tear of the goods due to normal use,

  • a defect corresponding to the degree of use or wear in a used item.

Please send complaints about defective performance to our address.

The seller will decide on the complaint without delay, in complex cases within 5 working days. Complaints, including those for defect elimination, will be processed by the seller without delay, no later than 30 days after submission of the complaint.

The rights from the warranty for the goods, for which the quality guarantee applies, expire if they are not exercised within the prescribed time.

In the case of the resolution of the complaint in the form of an exchange of goods, a new period will not begin. The relevant period begins on the day the goods are received by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 General Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages, regardless of the legal grounds (e.g., from breach of contract, tort, or due to defects in the goods), is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of the contract possible and on whose compliance the customer regularly relies), and in such cases, liability is limited to the amount of the order total.

9.2 Exceptions to Limitation of Liability
This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for personal injury (e.g., injury to life, body, or health), for guarantees, or for claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).

10. Final Provisions

10.1 Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The valid version of the terms and conditions will be available on our website. Any amendments or additions to these terms and conditions will be communicated to you before your next order is placed. If you do not object to the new terms and conditions within a reasonable period (e.g., 14 days), you are deemed to have accepted them.

10.2 Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. In this case, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the original intent of the invalid provision.

10.3 Applicable Law
The law of the Czech Republic applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.4 Dispute Resolution
We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Customer Reviews

The seller reserves the right to publish customer reviews that the customer has voluntarily submitted. The published customer reviews come from customers who have actually purchased the goods.

The seller only allows reviews that are related to the purchased goods, so that the authenticity of the customer reviews can be verified. The seller reserves the right to primarily publish reviews that do not require further clarification by customer support and that have a verbal evaluation.

The overall satisfaction rating is determined from all received customer reviews, and no review will be removed by the seller.

14. Protection of Personal Data

The seller declares that all personal data will be treated confidentially, used solely for the purpose of contract fulfillment, and not disclosed to third parties. The customer can request changes or deletion via email at any time.

15. Final Provisions

The customer's order will be archived after its delivery to the seller as an offer to conclude the purchase contract for the purpose of fulfillment and further records, and its status will be accessible to the customer.

Relations and disputes arising from the purchase contract will be exclusively governed by the law of the Czech Republic and decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply in accordance with Article 6 of this Convention.

These Terms and Conditions, including their components, are valid and effective as of April 1, 2024, and supersede the previous version of the Terms and Conditions and their components.

We handle your personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Data Protection Act. Below you'll find the key information about how we process your data when you use our website.

Contacting Us
If you reach out to us via the contact form or by email, we’ll store the information you provide in order to respond to your request and any follow-up questions. We won’t share your data with anyone without your consent.

Data Storage
To make the purchasing process smoother and to fulfill your order, we store your IP address via cookies, along with your name, address, and—if applicable—credit card details.

We also store your email address and order history as part of fulfilling the contract. This data is necessary for processing your order or handling pre-contractual steps. Without it, we can’t complete your purchase.

We never share your data with third parties, except in the following cases:
- Credit card details are sent to secure payment providers to process your payment.
- Delivery details are shared with the shipping company handling your order.
- Order data may be provided to our accountant to meet tax obligations.

If you don’t complete the purchase, your data will be deleted. If you complete the order, we retain your data for up to 7 years to comply with tax regulations. In addition, your name, address, purchased items, and date of purchase will be stored for 10 years for product liability purposes.

Data processing is based on § 96(3) TKG and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (contract performance) of the GDPR.
