            The mug is beautiful, but it arrived with a defect - the logo is crooked (see photo), so I went to the store expecting that I'd have to file a complaint and wait for a new one. To my surprise that didn't happen, so I'd like to praise the gentleman at the Lužiny store. Great service, he himself commented on the defect, saying he noticed it immediately and gave me a new one on the spot.
