Book The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II [CZ]

A well-crafted artbook with lots of interesting tidbits from the game's development and many beautiful artworks.

The very first time I held it in my hand, it surprised me with its weight and very nicely finished covers. When I just leafed through the pages afterwards, the book immediately convinced me that I would love it and keep it as a unique souvenir. It has several chapters focused on architecture and everything around it. I really enjoy the chapter on characters, and all the weapons and their designs are included. The pages that can be unfolded are also fun. They are not obvious at first glance, so it's a pleasant surprise. I was also thrilled by the inclusion of the user interface, which is very detailed here, but not in a boring way. There are also some flaws that some people might find, but I'm satisfied.

The book wonderfully describes how the game came about. The first volume was quite extensive, the second is even more so, and it becomes increasingly clear how challenging it was to make the game. If you're fans of the game, these two art books should not be missing from your library.

A must for fans of the game.

A beautiful book that is an evolution of the already very successful artbook for the first installment of Kingdom Come. I particularly appreciate the impressive scope and the large-format artworks. Compared to the first artbook, the accompanying texts have also been significantly improved; there are slightly more of them and they nicely combine information about the game's development with historical facts. Together with the vinyls the artbook is probably the best merch for Kingdom Come.

Every fan of KCD and history will be delighted. The book is extensive in terms of visual material, which is complemented by concise text. I really like the style the book is made in, they really are beautiful images. I might have appreciated more detail in the written text, but the target audience is gamers, not bookworms :D

The book is really beautiful, at first glance the cover of the book already catches the eye which is beautiful and elaborate. The book is rather robust and heavy, but that gives it charm. It is really nicely made, the descriptions and paintings are amazing. I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend, who played the game kingdom come and was thrilled, he said he hadn't even noticed some things in the game. And he really likes reading this book even though he's not much of a reader. 😊

I wanted to support the developers with my purchase, because it's an awesome game... Ps: For connoisseurs it can also be obtained in another language (than CZ), so to each their taste.

Must have for fans of the KCD series. Given that I remember how I secretly hunted down the artbook for KCD1 and found the last copy in a backwater Pilsen bookshop, pre-ordering this time was obvious. Even more extensive than the book for the first installment. A deserved book tribute to the second installment of the game series, in which we learned to read, to forge, to fight and, last but not least, to brew potions or make gunpowder. The book is wrapped in foil, which makes it less likely to suffer damage :-)

It's a hefty tome and I got it as a gift. It really made me happy.

It was so wonderful and heartwarming to open the artbook after finishing first and second games! It doesn't only contain artwork, but also historical facts and facts about game creation. And the afterwords in the book almost got me crying, it's very sweet to see when developers really love their product and share this love with fans 😊

Interesting and perhaps not only for fans of KCD but also for admirers of history. That feeling of having this art book in your hands is priceless. Beautiful craftsmanship.

One of the nicest artbooks I have in my collection, and I have quite a few. Beautiful production, very high-quality paper, a large format that showcases the artworks and concepts. A very tastefully chosen font. A must for all KCDII fans, but also for collectors of art books and prints.

The artbook itself is fine, I just apparently got unlucky and received a defective copy.

Anyone playing Jindra should probably have both ArtBooks at home....

Krásná kniha. Textu tam není moc, ale jako vhled do procesů studia to určitě stačí, a o to víc je prostoru pro krásný vizuální materiál. I když jsem už kcd2 dohrál, tak po prolistivání knížky si to sem tam zase zapnu a musím zkontrolovat nějaké zmíněné detaily

Very well-done book, it seems much nicer and more elaborate to me than the book for the 1st part.

The book is a wonderful blend of how the game was developed, what made it into the game, and what perhaps didn't, as well as why it was included. Whether the animals had enough pasture, how large Kutná Hora could or could not be, and whether Jindra is really that hungry. There are even a few pages dedicated to the UI, which made me extremely happy. Beautiful, thing.
